Well, I brought yrg about a month and a half ago and I have been doing it consistantly for about 2 weeks. I haven't really noticed any changes. I feel as if maybe I am being impatient. I also sometimes feel as if I am doing the workouts incorrectly. I am trying to change my eating habits because I usually skip breakfast. It is really hard for me at this time but I don't intend to quit. I want to be more healthy now than I ever was and I also want to look good.

Have you listen to the Own your Life audio CD yet... it will help inspire you... you also need to eat 3 meals a day... the first one can be just a piece of fruit but you wanna eat something other wise your body will take you into starvation mode and store fat... if you're looking for a healthy way to lose weight get the 6 Day Body Make Over and do YRG as many days as you can fit into your busy schedule...
